Yes, we’d suggest arriving approximately 15min prior to your scheduled visit. You can also fill out our all the new patient forms via our website by clicking on the forms tab. Everything you will need will be right there. 

You should bring any records from previous dental visits. If you have scans from previous appointments where you were seen elsewhere, please bring those to your visit as well. 

Your first visit appointment can vary in time depending on the type of appointment. Our office manager can discuss average visit times with you once you’ve booked your free consult. 

We accept most insurance plans, however our office manager can go over the list of providers we work with. 

At this time we do not offer in house financing, however there are a few preferred finance providers we work with and suggest. 

Simply call our office and we will do everything in our power to get you in right away.
