Dr. Brian Barron is the owner of Brilliant Smiles Bellevue in Bellevue, Washington, and specializes in cosmetic dentistry, implants, and sedation dentistry. Dr. Barron attended Auburn University in Alabama and completed a degree in chemical engineering, along with the additional requirements needed to attend medical/dental school. Dr. Barron attended dental school at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he worked in the oral surgery department, performing emergency extractions. After completing his medical training, Dr. Barron practiced in Nome, Alaska; Dutch Harbor, Alaska; and Naples, Florida.
During his career, Dr. Barron has continually furthered his medical education by pursuing studies in the following areas:
- Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pathology
- Implant surgery
- Sedation dentistry—he is certified in conscious oral sedation
