As a result of our 3 on 6™ procedure & our cost effective pricing, a growing number of patients are coming to our office from outside of Washington & even outside of the United States. We have systems to make this experience simple & smooth for anyone wishing to travel to our office for a 3 on 6™ restoration.
Before you make any travel arrangements, we’ll get you in touch with a 3 on 6™ treatment coordinator. Through a FREE virtual consultation we will answer any questions, let you know approximate price, explain financing options, treatment, and answer any additional questions you have.
On Day 1 of your first visit, we will see you for a records review and surgical planning appointment. At this appointment you will meet with your doctor to discuss any questions you may have and start the smile design planning by taking a CBCT scan, intraoral scan, and clinical photos. This will give us all the information we need to prepare for your surgery on the following day.
On Day 2, Doctor Barron will place your implants & your temporary bridges of teeth. This appointment will last approximately 3 hours for one arch, or 5 hours for a full mouth (times are estimates and could take longer).
You will be asleep & comfortable during the procedure & when you wake up you’ll have new teeth!
On Day 3, you'll come in for a brief post-op visit. Here we want to see how you are healing & communicate the next steps w/you. This is your opportunity to provide feedback on the look and feel of your temporary teeth so that we can make any necessary changes for your final set of zirconia bridges. After this visit we'll schedule your final visit approximately 16 weeks out. This allows your implants time to heal before we place your finals.
When you arrive for your final visit (typically 16 weeks from your previous visit), we’ll start off by taking a look at your mouth and see how everything has healed.
We will also take another set of scans to know the exact topology of your mouth so we can make a set of teeth for you that will be for final approval purposes.
This all takes place on Day One of your 2nd visit.
On Day 2, we will swap out your temporary set of teeth that you got at the time of surgery w/another set of temporary teeth that have been modified based on your feedback. We will make any necessary adjustments to make sure you're happy with the look & feel of the teeth. At the end of this appointment, you will approve the design of the final set of teeth that you will receive.
On Day 3, we will be expediting the manufacturing of your zirconia bridges to make your trip as short as possible. You will not need to come into the office this day and can spend your time relaxing or visiting some of the beautiful sights and locations in Washington. Our lab team will work through the night to have your teeth ready for the following day.
On Day 4, we will have you come back into the office to receive your final teeth. We will remove your temporary teeth and seat your permanent zirconia bridges. This is it, the last set of teeth you will ever have! At the end of this appointment we will take some pictures before sending you on your way. You're all done and shouldn't require any more visits!

• We recommend patients take an Uber from the airport, which costs about $20. This is the quickest and easiest option to and from the clinic, as well as around town.
• The Courtyard Marriot (and a variety of hotels) is approximately 5min from our downtown Bellevue office.
• Many patients utilize Air Bnb's in the area for a more "at home" feel. There are a wide array of options in Bellevue.
• Restaurants within 5-7min from our office include: Seoul Bowl, Shake Shack, Cheesecake Factory, & more.
• Within a short driving distance, patients can visit downtown Seattle, The Space Needle, Pikes Place Market and more.
